Our Founder
Scott Richter
Scott is a seasoned senior credit and risk executive with more than 30 years of experience in banking, commercial finance, and community development. As a former Chief Credit Officer, he brings a lender’s perspective to consulting—helping small businesses, nonprofits, and mission-driven lenders better understand their financials, manage risk, and build strategies that support sustainable growth. Scott brings his experience and understanding of strategic financial analysis, business valuation, credit policies and underwriting, and portfolio management to help organizations move from surviving to thriving while staying true to their mission.
